Tarpon was Jacks 4th boat. A 20 foot ½ deck centreboard sloop, acquired after the sale of Kathleen Gillette. This allowed the family some sailing as all resources went into establishing a home in Sydney’s Mosman Bay, the property was aptly called Landfall.
